When a scheduled backup is performed on a Mac OS X computer, the following warning message is received in the backup report:

This issue will only affect newly installed AhsayOBM / ACB on Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion) or later with Java 8 or above. Also, this will only affect scheduled backup job.
This issue will not affect AhsayOBM / ACB clients that are auto-upgraded, or manually patched to version 6.27.0.0.
Cause:
This is a known issue with AhsayOBM and AhsayACB version 6.27.0.0.
Resolution:
To resolve the issue, patch the AhsayOBM / ACB application with the following steps:
- Download the hotfix patch file by Clicking Here.
- Shutdown the backup scheduler by running the following command:
>sudo /Applications/AhsayACB/bin/StopScheduler.sh
or
>sudo /Applications/AhsayOBM/bin/StopScheduler.sh - Install the patch set / hotfix files:
Expand [ obc-mac-hotfix-tms11803.zip ] downloaded to [ /Applications/AhsayOBM ] - Restart the computer
