Mogelijke oorzaken:

  • Connection issue between the client computer and backup server.

  • High loading on AhsayOBS (e.g. user home on network drive timing out).

  • Issue with backup of Exchange server in DAG setup / Hyper-V server in cluster setup.

  • Maximum number of threads reached on AhsayOBS (e.g. backup job timing out awaiting for available thread).

  • Temporary file holding the backup data is locked.
